We humans are part of nature, and there is a close relationship between us and the natural world. This relationship has been studied for many years. According to ancient philosophy, our bodies are made up of elements of nature. Our body consists of 72% water, 12% earth, 6% air, and 4% fire, and the remaining percentage is ether (JKYog natural Cure). These elements represent different states of matter in nature:
- Earth forms solid structures in the body such as teeth, nails, bones, skin, muscles, tissues, and hair.
- Water forms the body's liquid structures like saliva, urine, blood, semen, and sweat.
- Fire is responsible for bodily functions like hunger, thirst, sleep, and vision.
- Air is responsible for movement, such as expansion, contraction, suppression, and vibration.
.

- Space, which is more subtle, represents the hollow cavities of the body where radio frequencies, light radiation, and cosmic rays are emitted (natural-cure.org).
The vital force that animates the body is called "Prana," and it's directly connected to the five elements. Any imbalance between these forces causes disease in the body. One way to keep these five elements of nature in balance is to stay active, eat what fits your body—because all bodies are different—and avoid resisting life by asking, “Why me?” An Indian sage of our era, Sadh Guru, responded to this question in one of its videos by saying, “Why not me? Let everything happen to you and you will be prepared for whatever comes your way. If you don't face challenges in life, you will remain stagnant. Most people who succeed rapidly in life are those who have gone through many hardships.
Follow the flow of life and practice acceptance because nature has been working perfectly in harmony with all living since the beginning of life, and it has never stopped working. Surrender to nature and let it continue its job
